Frame is not original, ivory mat is. We found the artwork at the bottom of a box of ‘Occupied Japan’ collectibles. It had the ivory mat and was rolled saran wrap and then butcher block paper, it was  sandwiched in thin white cardboard. We have tried to track Lynne G. Matsuda, assuming this was the name she acclimated to in the USA
